As for the cleaning, they didn't come to clean on a single day that I was there.

They didn't respect our Booking.com reservation and charged us 2 deposits for our rooms and we paid almost double the quoted price from booking.com we reached our rooms and they were very uncomfortable one room had a roach infestation and a large gap under the door where you could see outside the television in the room didn't work and the bed looked like someone stretched a sheet over a cardboard box everything is in terrible repair I'm not sure where the property got the photos from on their website but it wasn't from this location this place is horrible and the staff is very rude and unprofessional for lack of better words the person in reception was a complete Asshole.

This is my go to space when I typically need a day sometimes two to settle and unpack and repack when I have various spots or work in the area. It is convenient, inexpensive, always clean, excellent staff, who are always welcoming and accommodating.

Overall, I like the place. I understand that it is an older hotel and there are things that need repairing and that they are working on doing upgrades continually. I do love that the floors are not carpeted. Any other issues I’ve had I informed the staff, and they are very welcome to hear the various needs and attend to them as soon as they can. Summer part of the upgrades and refurbishing the place. I know that I can always get a first floor room which is critical for me as there are no elevators and my knees do not do stairs. I look forward to seeing their staff when I am there. And having a quiet peaceful night.
