"Short of amenities but the beds are great!"

The staff have been briliant, very helpful and patient with my doppiness.

The place is a little short on amenities. For example, the kitchenette lacks basics like silverware, bowls/plates, etc. and any pots or pans.

It's impossible to take a shower in the morning; the water is barely warm. There wasn't a single frying pan, pot, or anything at all, so you had to be prepared in advance. And there was a very unpleasant smell in the room for all 5 days I endured.
