I like the staff in the friendliness and eagerness to help with situations

My room was dirty when I’m checked in, and I let them know the next day it took him three days to get somebody out to the room and clean it at that point they switched me to another room. The laundromat is covered only and most of the machines were broken. It’s in a questionable neighborhood. There is a motel six literally 100 feet from here and they smoke fentanyl and do prostitution stuff there.

Quiet and loved that there was kitchen.

Room wreaked of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean.

Didn't like that the photos that they showed are not the same as the room they gave us everything was super outdated in the kitchen not like the photos Online where everything looked brand new. And when we first got there, the hot water was not working at all, So I wasn't able to take a shower before work the hot water didn't start working till like three hours later.. but other than that everything was fine.

Convenient location and staff were friendly

Parking was constantly full, homeless people were constantly wandering the premises and looking through vehicles, walls were paper thin, floor was grimy and walking around barefoot meant getting dirt on my feet every time, beds were incredibly uncomfortable, had to leave the fan on to drown out the sounds of the city and other tenants, just a painfully uncomfortable experience.

It was really great to have everything there that I needed

Would have liked a more clear point of where you could smoke on the premises outside. Was unsure if where I was smoking was appropriate. I think it was

The poor insulation and smell of cigarette smoke. I was in a smoke free area. I wasn’t even able to open window. It was broken.

1st room had holes in the wall and table burner was messed up chair had stains all over it bed sheets were yellow looked dirty
