Staff and clean , our room had no lightbulbs we had no light called the desk and was told we had to go get them , the staff communication was terrible , the tiles on the floor was comming up the sheets were dirty with foot prints and stained, the heating unit was burning from what appeared to be wax from a candle in it ,

The sheets were dirty upon check in floor needed to be swept no fitted sheet. My stay was 4 days. And we never received clean sheets even after asking twice

That upon checking in and the staff told me that I wasn't booked till tomorrow night I said that's I'm impossible and I paid cash for that night which he said call booking.com and make sure they change it. I did and they said the hotel has my money. Don't call us
