Dahua Hotel

Good room size and location to downtown core.

Insects. Outdated facilities.

When I asked for a clean sheet, front desk immediately sent one up which arrived two minutes later. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is really outdated. Rooms look like they haven't been updated since the 80s. Paint coming off the furniture, really dirty remote, bathroom only so-so clean. It was the cheapest option in Keelung for the night, so my expectations were low, but this was even worse than I anticipated. Considered checking out immediately and finding another room, but decided to stay when I got some clean sheets. The bed was comfortable, but only because I could turn off the AC since it was a cool night. With the AC on it blows right into your face when you're laying in bed and is so cold it would have been hard to sleep.

There aren't any, but the service staff is good.

Everything, the room smells bad. There is a smell of cigarettes even though smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. Scary, not like the picture
