Convenient location and clean. With good aircon also. Neighborhood feels safe. Provided basic toiletries.

The sound proof is not very good. So you can hear other people outside of the room.

We check in 9:30 in evening but we check out 11:00 in the morning, I thought 24 hours we stay? so meaning only 12hours

Location is great, very close to downtown Keelung. Clearness of bathroom is fine, having a towel holder comes in handy. Though the environment is a bit too old, still at an acceptable level. Having an elevator is very nice.

Smell of cigarette is terrible, and it is very hard to actually make it disappear. Blanket is kind of dampened. Room is having a smell where the wood is wet and mold. Lights are not very well designed for work if you need to work with a laptop. And, a large mirror in front of a bed is not really a pleasing placement.

Affordable price even if in the city center

Poor ventilation, felt suffocated. AC barely cooling and we had to use fan. Also, the door of my kids in the other room won't lock. Staff told them to bang so it'll click, poor security.

The hotel, like many in Taiwan, was quite hard to find for a foreigner like me. There was no clear signage in English what the exact location of the hotel was. The staff was friendly but didn't speak English. This slight inconvenience was overcome with translation software. I came a few hours earlier and just wanted to use wifi to translate a couple of things and ask for directions, but unfortunately I couldn't use any of the wifi in the hotel apparently, without first checking into the room. There was no breakfast. For the rest it was fine.
