MainStay Suites Las Vegas Convention Center

The manager Ena, who worked 3pm to 11pm, was terrific. Attentive, caring and competent. She was the one bright spot in an otherwise dismal stay.

The hotel is not merely dirty, it is filthy. The hallways are covered with litter, the floors are disgusting, the cabinets are nauseating and the beds are ancient and brutally uncomfortable. The sheets and towels all need to be replaced. There were no regular chairs to sit in. All around failure. The place is inexpensive, buf does it need to be a health hazard as well?

Hotel was not managed properly it’s smelling and front desk associates not at all respectful and responsible.

Room was not cleaned and smelled like trash.

The staff were very nice! Helpful, knowledgeable, etc.

Location - awful. Not at all safe for me and my children. Homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks nearby, trash and broken glass all over the sidewalk nearby. Cleanliness - the room was not clean. The sheets had stains and dirt on them. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned. Overall, gross.

Very friendly and accommodating desk staff! Very sweet and eager to help! Room was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy, but quiet and everything you need!

The kitchen area was great. A coffee pot and coffee/ tea would have been great. Across the street from the hospital was why I was there.

A continental breakfast would have been great. The girls at the desk were so kind.

Close to hospital and the staff was awesome!!
