Extended Stay America Suites - San Jose - Mountain View

Everyone that works the front desk has been very friendly and helpful, Tara is especially cheerful with her morning greeting when I stop in to grab breakfast. The room is clean and I appreciate the laminated flooring as there is no old carpet smell. There is a small kitchenette, with electric burners, and a full size fridge. The rooms facing the back garden/Stevens Creek path are quiet with no highway noise. It is a block walking distance to two different shopping centers.

Loved the location, very private and quiet. Very much appreciated the fact that the bed did not have a duvet cover but rather a sheet, blanket and bedspread so it was easy to control the temperature. Check in and out was quick and easy.

It was actually perfect, just the way we like it. Not too fancy and a great price.

My son, and I have stayed at this property a few times over the past year while I'm being treated at Stanford's Heart Failure Clinic. During this stressful time, Tara has ALWAYS greeted us warmly and even asked how my treatment has been progressing. She's friendly, professional, and makes sure we have everything we need during our stays. Aside from the convenience of this location, we absolutely won't stay at any other Extended Stay property in the NorCal area and Tara is a huge reason for that decision. I'd gladly recommend this property to any my current Google engineering colleagues, and former engineers at my former company at corporate Apple, Inc.

I stay here every time I need to travel to Mountain View CA. The staff is very friendly and courteous. All of the rooms have a kitchen and a full size fridge. Which is handy because I usually stay for a couple of weeks and I don't want to eat out every day. There is a nice courtyard with a barbecue grill, and someone always leaves charcoal behind for others to use. It is near Hwy 85 and 237 if you are familiar with the area. About 10 minutes to the San Jose Airport, of 30 minutes to SFO. Parking is free which is unusual for a hotels in the area. I stayed at a Residence Inn down the street once, and they charged $16/day for parking. That adds up if you stay a couple of weeks which I do. Highly recommended.

Stayed for duration of medical treatment and recovery Everything was great. Every staff member I ran into was extremely helpful, easy to talk to, and very friendly and attentive to my special circumstance and needs. The location is amazing with several food and grocery outlets within walking distance. The facilities and rooms are very clean, quiet, and cozy inside and out with whatever amenities one needs. 5/5 for all categories
