"Unpleasant accommodations. Very disappointing for an Extended Stay hotel."

The king bed was comfortable.

The 'free' breakfast was granola bars, coffee and muffins. The room was fine until a cockroach ran across the kitchen floor. No utensils, pans, dishes available in the room. I had to go down to the main desk to get them. When checking out, no one was available at the desk.
