Everything from the moment we walked in the desk staff wasn't at the desk, we waited 25 mins when it was our turn to check in , he told us we should have never been able to book a room because there were none available and he turned us away and left us stranded all the other hotels were completely booked. It was already around 2am and I had just drove 3hrs I was exhausted.

Close to restaurants and a mall. Facilities very worn. Breakfast area smaller than 1/2 the size of our room. Didn’t even entertain eating there. No lobby. Very deceptive. Just a desk. Our room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in time. No toiletries. Tiny tube of shampoo. No coffee. Would not recommend or book again. One of the worst places we’ve ever stayed.

The whole facility was very dirty and unkempt. The bathroom drains didn’t drain . The air conditioners suck and make weird loud noises. The hall ways were filthy full of trash and crumbs everywhere. I understand busy but there is a difference between being busy and just lack of effort to provide clean rooms. Even the parking lot was pretty bad.
