Room smelled like a damp odor. The television in the room 314 would not hold a channel. Advertising said breakfast not grab and go bars and muffins. The bed was like sleeping on the floor and the 3 pillows put together on the queen bed almost made up as one pillow to hold up my head. The tub has rust that could be cleaned off.

Since I arrived there, the front desk has been friendly (since my arrival until my check out), when I asked questions they answered and made suggestions( I wanted to eat something and they recommended Whataburger) or activities, and when I needed something they provided. I would go again when I go to Kansas City

This hotel is in an ideal location. I was visiting Mom and she's lived here for years. She's picky so that's saying a lot.

Usually, I like this property. The management company is another story. I had an emergency and had to leave three days early. I worked with Expedia to get a refund and the property did not help. They did not offer a credit, etc. Buyer beware.

This is not a clean hotel. There are no dishes at all in the room, no hair dryer, very few outlets. If you’re in to the smell of dirty dish towels, and people talking and children crying in the halls and adjoining rooms, this hotel is for you. Hairy and crusty stained sheets and filthy carpet. We forfeited our already paid for 2nd night and went to a different hotel. Never again.

Very safe area. Staff was helpful. Great location in OverlandPark just off the Interstate

The room across the hall from ours had dogs that were barking non stop. I asked the front desk to address this. I even asked to change rooms and was told that they were booked solid. As we settled in to sleep. The dogs started barking again. I called the front desk again. It took them over an hour and a half to get the dogs quiet.

Did not get a good night sleep as thebeds were awful. Coffee in the or I gat the front desk was pure water and no one was at the desk for support.

Booking said breakfast included but there was no breakfast.

Our hotel was overbook for hours and they made no attempt to contact us and were rude.
