Service is aweful

The old black lady at front desk told my wife we had to leave and she was going to charge us a late fee of $83 because we didn’t come Check in this morning. We paid for the room, a 4th day in a row, and we don’t have to check In if we dont want to. She was rude and ugly to my wife in every occasion we saw her. Someone from corporate needs to look into this location. Your front desk receptionist is rude and disrespectful. I’m not happy with extended stay America at all. They say s&$@ rolls down hill. Who in corporate office is going to make this right? And ask yourself something. How would that make you feel? Seeing my wife being disrespected by this lady. Or ladies, how would that make you feel? Paid for your room and the front desk lady bangs on the door tells you that you have to move out and there charging you a late move out fee because you didn’t scan your card today. Think about that.

This was the worse extended stay I’ve been in and I have been to a lot ! It needs to be remodeled and brought up to their other location standards

The Location was perfect. my job was just down the street. The bed was sooo comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Love the layout of the room. Kitchenette was perfect size for me.

I cant think of anything I didnt like.

Great location but place is average at best. Price is decent but don't expect good amenities. Guess you get what you pay for.

Front desk Clark when I first checked in was not nice didn't even speak just was like what your last name that's all she said.

It is in a convenient location by the Publix and Walgreens.

It was dirty, faulty shower head busting. Rude management and staff. Copious practices to sabotage guests saying they didn’t pay to prevent them from extended but that I would recommend. No trash can. Burns everywhere. Loud noise, crime ridden. The front desk lady was nice and then turned into something sinnester after a miscommunication about checking back in when she knew thus location was my last resort after leaving the hospital due to a breakdown from lost luggage and to get checked because I was literally visiting my family after a year while battling cancer. Spent the last day battled pure anxiety and not wanting to address it because I was too tired to move to another location and it was clear if I says anything back management would retaliate. When I arrived I was upset about losing my irreplaceable belongings and family heirlooms, crying and shaking. The extremely rude lady who made a bad day a nightmare for no apparent reason other than to pounce and abuse power because she could when she could have called to remind me to come back After PAYING in her face just to lie and say I didn’t when she even said the booking took a while to show and KNEW I was going to just jay down as the doctor instructed and cane back with devil eyes looking like she was possessed saying I couldn’t extend which I didnt want to except it was convenient and making up things that for her cohort to join and and say “well if you feel that way why do you want to stay here” I WAS INFURIATED. But left prayed and next morning left in full anxiety to thankfully a decent place that was finally available after taking hours to calm down so I could have a place to stay and falling out from exhaustion. She said when I arrived I should make a tik tok about losing my bags now me and my influencer friends will gladly make videos about her and there is much to say.

Stores close by the staff was wonderful
