Forever grateful for this establish. Ms Consuela and Ms Renee always being helpful with their problem solving and customer service are always the best. The round are always very clean and kept tidy. The WiFi and fresh towels also help make the stay ever more homey!!

They lost my reservation then told me I owed a day after customer service had to contact them multiple times to look for it. Not booking there again.

DO NOT Stay here. The photos are very deceptive. This hotel needs to be shut down. Large roaches in room, mold and mildew stains as well as clogged sinks. Unsafe atmosphere.

The room I was in did not have a security latch. I informed the front desk clerk of this before I checked in. She told me she would make sure the maintenance person would take care of it first thing in the morning. No one came and fixed it at all. The towels were dirty. It looked like there was something disgusting on them. I had to buy my own towels to clean off with. There were bugs all around the room which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. There was people selling drugs outside of the room. It was not a pleasant experience.
