Location was near city center. Not too crowded and not too far from activities.

Dirty floor. I took a shower and walked over to the bed. I went to put socks on an the bottom of my feet were black.

I have been regularly staying at this hotel for the past year and a half. All of the front desk staff have always been friendly, except during my last two visits, when I was assisted by a middle-aged woman, whose name, if I’m not mistaken, is Kara. She engages in long, unnecessary conversations, and the check-in process takes an unreasonably long time. During my most recent stay on November 5th, I wasn’t feeling well and went to the front desk to extend my stay for one more day. She could clearly see that I was unwell, began entering my information into the system, and then simply stopped and started talking to other guests, completely ignoring me. I just sat down in a chair and waited for her to finish and hand me my key. After some time, she finally remembered about me, continued with more unnecessary conversation, and eventually gave me the room key attached to a large sheet of white printer paper, as if I were carrying a deadly infectious disease. Her attitude felt extremely dismissive and unprofessional. I checked out on November 6th, and I left specifically because of her. This experience left a very unpleasant impression, and I will never return to this hotel.

Great location, very safe area.

Renew towel or basica cleaning might not be frequently, if the key link to electricity that wd be great so we dont waste resources or try find our key...
