Pretty much everything and the lady in the office was very nice and helpful.

"Where are the towels and the staff?"

The pool was nice, and they were located near a lot of convenient things, like a grocery store. The staff were nice and helpful, when available.

The bed kept tipping up if you didn't sit on it just right. We had called down for towels a couple of times, but they either didn't have any available or just never brought them. They were actually laundering some one time and wouldn't let us have any as they "didn't have enough".
