"Horrible Experience"

2.0

Horrible manageress and staff. People smoke marijuana in the rooms and the stench fills the hallways. Dogs defecate and urinate in garden and on walkways and no one cleans it. Don't bother reaching out to H/O. They don't care.

I called before asking for an early check-in, they said it was fine, and when we arrived they did not have the room ready and were extremely rude about it. They say they have breakfast included but it was just a coffee station.
