Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - King of Prussia

I was assigned room 353. When went in there the room was filled with roaches, dead and alive ones. The cabinets and microwave looked run down. This is not a place I would recommend. The staff was nice and we got another room. The room was much better.

The look on the outside was nice. The smell and the look on the inside i didn't like

How close it was to the facility I was working at. The night guy who checked me in and Sandra who gave me my document I requested.

Dirty floors, very very loud upstairs people, some of the staff acted too busy to come out the office to answer a question I had.. as if I was interrupting her and she did NOT get up.

Good Could have used a better breakfast

There was a domestic violence dispute outside the lobby with an adult man threatening to shoot his wife.

It starts with the employees here, Kim, Sean, Sandy, Kevin, Tenichia, MS Dee, Lee and my Donna - Stellar, consider each of them “The Best Of” winners who have been my friends and family these last few months. This started day one when I arrived, having “checked out” from a local “motel”, what a difference! Great price and location surrounded by trees and birds, pleasant residents, (met someone whose been here 4 years), nice room - truly wish I didn’t have to go back “home”. Thank you everyone at Extended Stay America in King Of Prussia!!!

Location was the only good part of the experience

Poor value. This is a $150 property not $275 No amenities. The room was dated and not impressive
