Everything. We booked two rooms. One room was wet and smelly then tried to exchange room and then they gave the exchanged room to somone else when I was going to occupy it. That left me without a 2nd room and as a result I had to find accommodation for my wife and kids somewhere else. The 1st room did not have good shower. There was a shortage of staff to help with anything. I my 20+ years this was the worst. I will never get this type of hotel ever again.

Location. Close to restaurants & gas stations.

Very basic. No coffee maker in the room, no hair dryer.

Location is excellent for anything except downtown St Louis. It's clean and tidy and, if you book at the right time, less than half the price of other places nearby. Staff are good and try their best.

While it's clean and tidy it's also dated and worn. I stayed in two different rooms and both had problems. The accessibility room is terrible - bad bed, terrible shower (the shower head is a replacement, doesn't work with the fittings, and it's broken too)

La limpieza hubiera sido más seguido, ya que duramos dos semanas y solo fueron una sola vez hacerlo porque lo pedimos el desayuno no es bueno todos los días es lo mismo solo hay café muffin y barras de cereal pero por el precio está bien lo demás un 10
