I checked into the property and went to the room. As soon as I walked into the room, the phone started ringing. At this time, I was in the restroom viewing the facilities, and I looked into the tub, and there appeared to be feces smeared, and then I turned and looked at the counter, which was also dirty. I had my son answer the phone and it was the Front Desk politely checking to make sure we were settled into the room. I asked him did you call because you knew this room was not up to par or is this your protocol. I let him know that I was not checking into the room and I was headed back to the front desk for a full refund because this room was not suitable for me and my children to stay. He was polite, but he told me that was the only room they had left. He should have had that room blocked off and just told me the property was sold out. I am currently waiting on my full refund.
