"Damp and moldy room and bug present"

We checked in around 10pm and the check in process was quick. The luggage trolley and the elevator was close by which was convenient. Our room was on the third floor and just a few steps from the elevator which I like since I have a bad back. The room felt old and damp and it smell moldy. While we were unpacking, I spotted a bug crawling on top of the dresser and I quickly squashed it. We reported this matter the next day and they offered a room change. The new room felt dry and fresh and bug free.

My family & I have been staying at this location for a while, nice location, clean rooms, & quiet for the most part. Also like note the managers are super nice & if you have any problems with your room, they tried to fix the problem asap. Overall a good location.

"I liked the fully equipped kitchen and the ample space"

Norma was very charming and hospitable. She made my stay there extra special.

I couldn’t plug my USB cable to charge my phone because they only had electrical sockets. Considering the fact that I was so close to Silicon Valley, I thought the facilities were dated.
