Breakfast selection no good

I booked a room for two days. I was delayed on the road and didn't expect to be denied overnight accommodations, as it turned out the hotel had rules that no one was allowed in after 11:00 pm. What nonsense, I've never heard of such rules before... So, I ended up spending the night in my car, at my own expense. The security guard was incredibly rude and smelled of weed while we waited an hour for someone to meet us. In the end, they turned me away...

It's was nice to check in and be greeted by someone as kind and welcoming as Sydney! She is super personable and got me checked in at lightning speed on top of accommodating the floor I requested my room to be on. Such a nice way to start my stay. She deserves a raise! Loved thatMy room was in the back facing the woods instead of the highway. I had no idea there were even rooms in the back.But it was really peaceful, even though it's right in the middle of busy city. My room was spotless clean and smelled nice too. Will definitely stay here again!

Sydney the front desk lady was amazing and was super helpful in many ways. She helped with a family reunion to checking in on my mom. She went above and beyond. Comfortable stay

Good location and friendly staff, the outside is OK. Elevator and hallways are very dirty and smelly. The carpet and wood floor is very dirty. Our feet turned black after walking inside the rim barefoot. Minimal amenities, no hairdryer with half empty bottle of shampoo. With the price of mid 100, I think it should be a little bit better.

I did not feel safe. It was very uncomfortable and noisy as bd did not feel as I could reach out to the front desk.

The room was missing a latch lock so someone with a master key could access the room anytime without notice. The bed sheets were not clean. They smelled of body odor. Near the bed stand was an insect trap full of dead insects and behind the night stand were a colony of bugs. Some alive, some were dead.
