The staff received me with a smiling face. She was very respectful and professional. Nagwa made ma feel at home.

I arrived at this property on August 25th . The bathroom had hair all on the ceiling snd on the back of the bathroom door. The television remote did not work. The floor of the room was not fully clean and mopped. The toilet stopped up twice on me in one day and the property manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional to me . Blaming me for the toilet being stopped up.She called me on the telephone yelling snd telling me that she is going to charge me $50 if the toilet stops up again. After threatening me with a $50 fee she hangs up the telephone on me. Now normally I would have given her another side of me but I swallowed that because I had already paid for my three nights. The hotel does’t have a gym, no real breakfast, no lobby, nothing to offer the guests. It felt like I was staying at a shelter snd not at a hotel paying my money. They give you one roll of tissue per room for two people. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. It was an unpleasant stay.

The staff could have been more friendlier and welcoming. It was not a warm and pleasant stay. It was a very hostile and cold environment. You go to a hotel to relax, chill and be comfortable. This was not that hotel. I was very disappointed.
