Dilapidated facility. The bathroom sink didn't function properly. The dresser drawer was broken. Extremely run-down condition. Nice mattress, however.

In my room there was about 1/4 inch of toilet paper with no refill in the room. I had to go to the desk to get more. Also, I asked for kleenex and they didn't have any. I asked when would they get more? Would it be during my stay? The answer was "I don't know." I never got any more kleenex. Also, I tried to extend my stay for another day twice. The front desk told me they couldn't help me; to go online. Also, on more than one occasion I couldn't get anyone to come to the front desk. Customer service was extremely lacking.

"Never again."

This property is not well maintained. The unit was pretty gross. The smell in the hallway was not good. I had no idea what I was getting myself into.

It was dirty, the TV didn’t work. There was hair in the bathroom, rotted wood molding, splattered paint. Just not good.
