I booked and I paid for 2 bedrooms and they just gave me 1 room

Pool not to clean Breakfast not good, not non dairy options available, not enough quantity for the guests

Pool was open 24 hours and coffee was hot and ready bright and early

The entire hotel smelled like a dirty diaper mixed with fabuloso. We held our breath walking down the hall way. In the morning breakfast smelled horrible too. Nothing smelled good in this hotel. Beds were creaky, curtains had something splattered on them and the bathrooms needed upgraded. Even the paint on the walls behind the front desk was not nicely done it looked very tacky.

I like the breakfast and 24 hour pool. Also location is great.

I was a little upset that the hot tub was down. The pool is a little chilly so it’s nice to have the hot tub after you get chilled with the pool. The beds in the handicap room are very soft, which is not comfortable but manageable.

Location was great, close to Zoo and OMSI! Kids loved having the pool and I loved the hot tub! Rooms were clean! Some staff didn’t speak English so that wasn’t fun. Breakfast was great!

Upstairs rooms are not soundproof so didn’t sleep well one night due to late night parties.

Pool open 24hrs. Bed was awesome.

Hotel is located in an industrial area.
