Excelente option

Do not stay here unless you want to be charged over double what you owe. At check out, hotel charged for me for 2 rooms (instead of the 1 I reserved) because they combined my reservation with another family. At one point, they had a hold on my card for over $3000. 3 weeks later they still have not refunded the second room and I have an outstanding charge of $820 that is not mine. They also refuse to credit me at all for my actual room despite the fact that I have had to spend a ton of time emailing and calling to get this fixed (and interest charges on my credit card because of their mistake). Corporate is not able to help and the owner of this location lied and said he’d spoken to me several times. This is a shady and unprofessional establishment. I do not recommend and would give negative stars if I could.

Have stayed at this property numerous times. They are in the process of remodeling, and it’s really taking shape. The rooms are all newly renovated and wonderful. They’ll be starting the pool, gym and lobby next. I will definitely be staying again.

The staff, food, the cleanliness was all amazing. We love the size of the pool, and the size of the rooms.

What I didn’t like about this place, is your website show that there is a hot tub in there is indeed no hot tub. That was the full purpose for this trip, and I feel like your website lied and let me down. The pool was amazing, size wise, but absolutely FREEZING!!!!
