The staff was great breakfast was good rooms were large

There were some weird sounds every now and then, and it would be nice if the tvs had YouTube but besides that, no notes!

We stayed here for homecoming weekend at Carthage. It’s just about a 15 min ride to the college whicvv hv is very convenient. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were bigger than expected which a lot of open space which we loved. Breakfast had a good variety of options and was tasty. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was very nice.

Parking was less than adequate. I require handicapped parking. When we returned to the hotel later that evening there weren't any handicap parking spots or even any regular spots. We drove completely around the hotel several times looking for a spot. We had to park along the driveway into the hotel.

This property is well maintained with very professional staff members. Included amenities are worth the visit.

The fitness center had a lot of broken or missing items.

I didn’t have btreakfast but I had trouble with the keurig the next am. However it worked the night before so I’m guessing I did something wrong😥

Nice pool are, good breakfast, nice modern newly renovated rooms.

The room was excellent, breakfast was decent

There was no whirlpool as advertised, we even called to let them know that we would be arriving late and specifically asked about the whirlpool. We were never told there wasn't one until low and behold when we entered the pool facilities to find that it had been covered up. The employee that closed the pool room stated that it had been closed for over a year and would most likely not be opened up again due to Covid. She also stated most hotels are closing them up. If it was due to Covid, I would think that the pool would also be off limits. In any case the whirlpool was one of the main reasons that I chose this hotel and was sadly disappointed that it was falsely advertised.

Service was very friendly and warm. Hotel was very clean. It was a nice location and easy to get to. I paid a very fair price for a great stay.

I was a little bummed the hot tub was under construction but the pool was available and wasn't cold.
