When I arrived at Greystone agent Lisa was very friendly she greeted me with a smile and was very nice she made sure that all the accommodations were booked and she gave me all the information needed

"We didn't stay due to the rooms not being clean."

The woman at the front was super nice. She was the best part about this "stay."

We had to change rooms twice due to finding long dark hairs in and on our beds (in both rooms) as well as on the bathroom floor of one of the rooms. They offered to let us change rooms a third time but we just decided to drive on and not keep changing rooms. We have stayed here numerous times but have never had such a bad experience before.
