"Seemed like a long-stay place. I was comforted by the female night agent otherwise seemed like business men on the road."

There was no food nearby other than a burger joint at a gas station. No sidewalks to access the burger place.

"Unfortunately we won’t stay there again"

The location- room was clean

Staff seemed not to know procedures my partner was locked out of our room Twice: went to front desk to alert them- took two further unsuccessful attempts to get in with two different electronic keys issued. Finally the desk clerk got my partner back into the room with Master key. She had to stay in room until check out. And the tv was missing the remote.

"Disappointed by the deposit situation."

It’s a convenient short stay no frills accommodation for short stopover between long or short flights. Comfortable and clean, but quite isolated from any walkable shops. They have a little minimart in the lobby. The free transit van to and from the airport works very well.

We stayed at the Candlewood twice travelling from Australia to Mexico and used the hotel as a one day stopover each way. The very disappointing part is that the hotel withdrew USD 25 as a deposit and we have STILL not received the money back. On the way to Mexico, now 6 weeks ago and on the return now more than one week ago, still no response. I have contacted them through the Booking.com portal. BE AWARE!
