La Quinta by Wyndham Milwaukee Bayshore Area

Adequate - the usual fruit, eggs, sausage, toast. Breakfast area was clean and well supplied. The lobby area was well lit and spacious. Very few people staying there the night I stayed.

The hotel elevator was a little dirty. There was nothing in the 'quick mart' area at all, just empty shelves, which is unusual and a little sad.

Nothing…absolutely nothing.

My husband and I booked a room at this hotel as my friend was getting married the next day and I was a bridesmaid. To say we were disgusted at the sight of the room is an understatement. *refer to pictures* our hotel room was horrendously gross with what looked like blood stains on the bed, puke or dried coffee all over the walls, furniture, and floor, and the towels were stained yellow.. We tried to give the room a chance but neither my husband or myself could stay in the room for more than a few minutes without getting sick to our stomach. For $150 a night.. this place is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life. Please save your money and DO NOT go here. - also the extremely strong marijuana smell in the hotel is just another thing all together. I also never received a refund and the front desk ladies just treated us as though we were the problem.

Guests loitering inside and outside of lobby during the late evenings. I could hear commotion from my window. Had to request more towels. If a guest is staying multiple days; there should be extra towels already in room.

Staff

We had to get new room keys more then twice due to them being inactive with our room, the stairways were dirty full of old food, we booked to be able to swim and the pool was not in service which is not told on the website, our ceiling was leaking along with the living spaces AC. Our microwave was missing the plate, the room overall was unclean and not stocked with enough towels or bedding. Staff was seen at the front desk relaxing with their feet on the desk with no shoes or socks on. We booked this hotel because we have always had good experience with Wyndham but this stay was very sad we would not recommend this hotel.

I stay at this hotel when I need to get away and rest.

Warm late night greeting was wonderful from the front desk as we returned from our event. Breakfast was plentiful, a gluten free item for my wife would have been nice. Pecan breakfast coffee was fantastic! Eating space was comfortable and spacious.

Jacuzzi tub could have been cleaner.
