The lights in the room didn’t work, one of the coffee pks had been opened and missing, kids playing up stairs no sleep, noise all night , pool was closed which was the soul purpose of staying here, my daughter had room 406 it would not lock when we left property ! That’s not safe at all! Maintenance came supposedly problem still wasn’t fixed. Most comforts are way more clean and comfortable! Towels dingy

Dirty everything... Walls, curtains, shower mold, stained bedding, dirty headboards. Overall - gross.

This place looks great on the outside and rooms, hall ways, walls, towels, bedding, and terrible pillows were all NASTY. Its scary to sleep on less than clean sheets, and impossible to sleep on dirty sheets.

The property and our r9omwas clean, convenient, and well kept by the staff on duty. Veronica at the front desk was very friendly, personable and knowlegeable of her job. She was the epitome of what hospitality should look like. We really appreciated the time she took to attend to our needs.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The elevator was a little iffy. The kids were disappointed because the pool wasn’t open yet.

The property wasn’t the cleanest. The beds were dirty. There was no concern about how the rooms were kept up. The bed smelled like old pee. No towels….when I asked for towels that told me there wasn’t any but after I told the person sitting at the first desk so towels appeared. Lights do not work.

Not quite what the pics show online. Not horrible but not as shown. Power was out and had to relocate.
