Convenient for my needs, close to a major highway yet quiet.

! Exactly what I expected.

Very clean

Room was clean. Hotel easily accessible to the highway. Check in/out was easy. Has a Waffle House across the street.

Fridge was noisy.

The staff that was there were great. The breakfast was good too. Mostly bc they had a waffle machine.

I didn't like that I wasn't dealing with a human in regard to the check-in and check-out process. To talk to someone through that weird screen who was most on the other side of the world, was super weird. Not to mention, i noticed that lines would form pretty quickly. For example, I checked out early and needed my cash deposit back. There were 2 people ahead of me, and one couple didn't speak English so the person in the screen (what I dubbed the robot person) ran this Spanish speaking program to be able to communicate with them. As the person in the screen spoke to the couple, on our end in the hotel lobby, we heard Spanish. And you could tell it was text book Spanish. Very weird and overall not personal. Also I'm pretty sure this caused delays in getting their issues resolved . The 2nd individual wanted to speak to the "fake" front desk bc their smoke alarm kept going off in their room. He told me this was the 3rd time he had to say something about it. When I finally was able to speak with the "robot" front desk person, it was bc i needed my deposit back since I left cash. It took nearly 40 minutes for housekeeping to check my room to get my deposit back. I don't blame housekeeping bc it was pretty obvious there was only one housekeeping lady available. She was also responsible for shutting off the fire alarm for the other gentlemen and also got roped into helping the Spanish speaking couple with translation problems. From what I could gather the "robot" front desk person would send text messages to the ONE housekeeping lady and delegate tasks to her. It just left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't stay at any hotel again who engages in this practice. Also, my friend and I are both women and thus need extra towels for when we shower; to get extra towels was a pain in the rear. They did provide us with extra towels however it was only 2 at a time. Just annoying.

Should have a person there and scrambled eggs would have been nice
