The lady at the front desk was rude then had to pay an additional $25 which I was NOT informed about and the room was dirty. Hair in the shower and bed to the tables being dirty and urine on the toilet seat and woke up to a bug crawling on my leg. I took pictures and will gladly upload them for a refund. I’ve stayed at the Garden and Tru and had such pleasant experiences but not this one
