Casa Salles Hotel Boutique

Beautiful hotel. Grounds & pool were meticulously maintained and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were very large, clean and comfortable. 10 minute walk to the main square of Tequila, MX.

Hotel is very well maintained and feels upscale. Room is spacious and bathroom is very nice. Bar and restaurant are top notch.

Al ser un hotel Boutique debería contemplar un espacio en la ducha para el shampoo y el Jabón, toca ponerlo en el piso, esos pequeños detalles son importantes, por lo demás todo excelente. Un poco retirado del centro.

Nice property

I was really excited to stay at this property — the rooms and overall look of the place are very nice, and the property itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, the hospitality just didn’t match the setting. Check-in felt a bit confusing, with vague instructions about parking. I tried calling the property for clarification, but no one answered. I even sent a WhatsApp message and didn’t get a reply until over 40 minutes later. When we finally arrived, there was no explanation about the property or its amenities — and no welcome drink, which was surprising for a hotel in Tequila, Jalisco. Throughout the stay, the service continued to feel distant. They asked for a credit card deposit at check-in, which is fine, but after ordering drinks at the pool, I returned to my room assuming I could settle the bill at checkout. About 20 minutes later, two staff members came to my room and knocked quite firmly, asking if I wanted to pay my tab right then. I apologized and explained my assumption, but honestly, that was the most “attentive” interaction I had the entire stay. We originally had plans for dinner at the property, but after that we decided to have dinner in the town center. It was a bit of a disappointment overall. The place itself has a lot of potential, but the lack of warmth and hospitality really took away from what could have been a great experience.
