The less than ideal: location is a good 10-12 min from town's attractions / restaurants etc. Walk can be tough on cobblestone and poorly lit streets. Hotel desperately needs a bellhop service. Rooms that DON'T face the patio have a crappy view. Bar/restaurant could be open a bit longer at night. Positives: Amazing staff (helpful to a fault)! Stunning pool, grounds and courtyard kept super clean. El Tequileno is a primo tequila brand that can be toured and tasted and taken home. Breakfast and drinks were on point (get your cantarito and batangas here instead of in town).
