Room was clean and relatively large. Hotel was quiet. Didn’t hear others although are room was near the elevator. Good breakfast. Recycle bin in the room. Lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in large bottles, so more environmentally friendly than small bottles that lead to waste.

Smell of cigarette smoke by back door. Small pillows. Prefer standard size pillows or a combo of small and larger pillows.

Breakfast was not what I expected

This would have been a perfectly adequate stay if it weren't for the fact that the soundproofing was abysmally bad. Turning on the bathroom light also turns on a loud vent fan. For some reason, the neighboring room or rooms had ridiculously loud fans. The first time I heard one of their fans, I wondered if there was something going on in the hallway, or maybe construction outside. It sounded like horrible grinding. Worse yet, it seemed even louder at 7 am...! I can't fault others for being early birds, but I'm not one, and that definitely woke me up. The bed was fine and the bath tub seemed like it had been scrubbed clean. The room design was a little strange in that the sink was outside the bathroom (okay, I've seen that before), with the body lotion dispenser by the sink. This means you have to step out of the bathroom to use lotion after showering. Not a big deal, but odd design. The gym was open 24/7 without even needing a room key, but there was only one treadmill, plus an elliptical, weight machine, and some free weights. Finally, breakfast was included: yogurt, bagels, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, and some other pre-made egg thing, plus waffle makers. It was fine, but I noticed the absence of breakfast potatoes and sausage/bacon, which are common at other equivalent hotels.

The beds were very comfortable, and we were allowed one hour early check-in to prepare for a destination wedding.

Our room smelled like deodorizer, but we had no time to ask for a different room. The breakfast provided was poor and the coffee was terrible. I had to ask the attendant to check the coffee dispenser, apparently the coffee packet was empty.
