location is great

The location is perfect, the square was under reconstruction, so the view was not as expected (not the host's fault). Everything is close, so you don't need transportation

The entry instructions are totally wrong. The intercom code didn't work, we entered the building thanks to the kind gentleman who let us in. Code for apartment entry did not work and instructions was wrong. They have external call center that ask me for deposit that is already paid. After 1 hour of talking with call center I finaly got in apartment. The room was not clean enough. For a tariff of 70 euros for cleaning, it could be much better. The carpet was not vacuumed, wiping with a cloth was very poor, Coca Cola stains were visible on the furniture

I really liked that it was in a very central place. you could go anywhere from there. The view was phenomenal and overall it was a pleasant stay.

For starters, the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever had to sleep in. Second, we ran out of hot water a couple times, leaving us having to shower with extremely cold water in the middle of a very cold winter. Thirdly, the bathroom handle for the cold/ hot water was put in a very weird place. We got burnt a couple of times because of its placement.
