"I am amazed - putting two disabled seniors on the third floor without an elevator and broken bed,"

We are seniors and both have bad hips and it is very difficult to walk up stairs especially with luggage. No elevator, no ADA room, and they put us on the third floor. The right side of the bed had broken springs - when I asked for a discount I was flat out told no and the front desk agent said all I can do is cancel without oenalty. NO offer to accommodate us in any way. After we managed with much difficulty to get up the stairs, we got a call from the agent sayiong she had called her manager and they would give us a 15% discount. That is not what I call service recovery. I have worked in hospitality for 30 years.
