So we actually never did stay here because once we got there, they had no power and it wasnt expected to be back on for 6 hours. Miami was experiencing a record setting heat so the front desk manager said we could stay at their sister property a block down that did have power and AC! We took it and are very appreciative for this offer and quick thinking!

The power went out which isn’t the property’s fault however the agent seemed bothered that I would ask to remove the resort fee and said he couldn’t do it.

"Birthday getaway "

It was a over night stay. We were going on a cruise the next day it was a amazing hotel and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely stay at this location again.
