We had a nice stay. The property is a short walk to the beach, where we received complimentary chair (too windy for umbrellas they advised) There are also restaurants and shops in very close walking distance. Sushi sake stays open til 2 with the kitchen closing at 1:30 and was delicious. The entry and rooms were clean. Loved the personalized note on bed and complimentary beach bag. This is a small hotel, no frills. However, modern and clean.

Very nice hotel. I had a king size room and was bigger than I expected, clean and very nice decor and amenities, spacious bathroom. Would be great if it had a pool.

Terrible hotel. Nobody at the front desk for 15 minutes when trying to check in . Exorbitant price for a one night stay. Bathroom was dirty. Steer clear.

Great location to explore South Beach. We only stayed one night, so didn’t get to enjoy the facilities. However, our room was clean and quiet. I would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful and quaint. Enjoyed elements of my stay there, however lacks traditional hotel service (concierge, room service). Would be open to staying there in the future or across the street at their sister hotel.
