The location is perfect, it’s easy to walk to anywhere in the old city, without it being too close to the noisy area. We liked that it was quiet and very safe. The staff were very friendly and provided exceptional service. The breakfast that was included was very good, with a selection of local and other dishes, as well as a self serve area with a European style continental breakfast you could help yourself to. We had a balcony room that was very comfortable and spacious, with a large walk-in rain shower. The bed was very comfortable.

The only thing that we didn’t like was that the bath towels were thin and well worn. One of them had a whole in it. There was also only one hand towel. We could have asked for another, but chose not to as it wasn’t a huge deal for us. I would suggest that the hotel invest in better towels. That’s my only criticism, and otherwise our stay was perfect and we really liked the hotel and especially the staff who were wonderful.

El hotel tiene tremenda ubicación, muy cercano a todos los puntos de interés y el trato de su personal, especialmente Manuela. Estábamos de aniversario y nos dejaron un lindo detalle en la habitación. Muchas gracias.
