"Great week end escapade"

Very well located, a stone throw from Santa clara, plaza San Agustin in the Ciudad Amurallada. The rooms are ample, very well decorated, comfortable bed adn bathroom. The pool on the roof top is good. breakfast buffet is simple but good,. Overall the staff is very nice and serviceable, the hotel is a calm oasis in a busy area of the historical city, so exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely come back

"Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Low key property."

The location was central but quiet. Was nicely designed, well maintained, spacious room.

Staff were friendly, but services were minimal. Breakfast was ok, but uninspired. One day the room had a very strong sewer smell.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The facilities were in excellent condition, the swimming pool area was very nice and relaxing and the breakfast was lovely. All the staff - Ivan, Natalia, Javier and everyone, were very kind and attentive. The hotel and staff are lovely and I will stay again with them.

Not the hotel's fault, but do note if you are Colombian you have to pay 19% VAT. Therefore, if you are travelling with foreigners (partner/friends/family), make sure you book under their name and you show their passport when you arrive at the hotel so that you don't have to pay the 19% VAT.
