"Staff did assist in getting me a new room when I described issues, but the hotel should have bugs and roaches to begin w"

First room I checked into was absolutely full of gnats, second room had no hot water and the shower pressure was horrible, third room both had hot water and good shower pressure, but also had roaches.

Had bugs.

Roaches in the room everywhere druggies live there they rent to people to live there permanently cats everywhere asked for towels and wash rags to shower next day and they refused to give us towels we got a refunded for our second night because we packed up our stuff and left due to the roaches

Location

When we got there we got put into a room that was filled with roaches and lord knows what else. Go back up front and the guy moved us into another room

Room was full of roaches and bedbuฤs. Sink was not draining and mold in bathroom. Waste of money staying here.
