相對便宜，位處四条駅附近，出行便利。

床舖整潔。被安排入住上下舖的上舖，但房間樓頂有點矮，坐着都幾乎頂頭，而且上落的爬梯是直的，進入床舖的缺口又太窄(比我的臀部窄)，致令上落時有點危險之餘又非常不方便。

夫婦+12+3+1才のこども3人でおじゃましました。シンプルな真四角のお部屋でしたが、すこし畳スペースがあって小さい子たちが遊べたり、エクストラでお布団を敷いていただいて家族で窮屈な思いをする事なく滞在させていただけました(^^) アメニティ類は部屋にはありませんでしたが、清潔なタオルとバスタオル、冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、ケトル、テレビは用意してあり、何も問題なく過ごせました！

広めのお部屋でしたが、コンセントがお部屋に1箇所、バスルームに1箇所しかなく、それだけは不便でした。
