Staff is always ready to meet your needs and make a very pleasant stay. HoA rooms are small but are extremely comfortable and well decorated. Anyway, by having the Spa a few floors from your room and the alps around, I doubt that you’d like to stay in the hotel room.

In der Therme gibt es keinen Tee o.ä. und auch keine Snacks ausser Äpfel. Das zwingt einen die Therme jeweils zu verlassen wenn man Hunger hat. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks ist nicht so gross wie beim Silver Frühstück. Man hat auch nicht die Möglichkeit gegen einen Aufpreise Getränke oder Speisen zu bestellen.
