I think they had a lot plans for the renovations but stopped after the basics were updated. Pretty good (and cheap) for a quick stop over on a road trip.

"Great Clean Hotel"

Best clean low budget hotel near Memphis. The room was very clean overall and bed was comfortable. It is near the interstate so if you get a room on the front side you can hear the trucks going by but it didn't really bother us. Nice big Roku tvs and room air conditioner worked great. They didn't have hand towels in the room only wash cloths but since I don't use the wash cloths because I bring my own towels to shower with, I used them to dry my hands on. The towels in the room were clean and smelled clean as did the sheets. This is my 3rd time staying here and each time the room has been clean and service very good.

There was bug poop on one of the beds and mold on the bed sheets of the other. I would not rent here. Pay the extra $25 and go to a Hilton or something.
