The facilities, location and the staff are amazing. Coming from a non-Spanish speaking background it was so helpful having English speaking staff and they also provided options for English speaking guided tours of a city where this is kind of essential.

This oasis of calm and sophistication in the wacky world of Valparaiso was a wonderful discovery. We were looked after for our two night visit by the delightful Francisca, who went above and beyond to help and advise on how best to spend our short time in the city. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room well furnished with an excellent shower in a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was also exceptional, delicious and generous, served on mismatched, charming antique crockery. There is a beautiful lush and green courtyard to the rear of the property, which is a cool and quiet area to relax. We were able to park our rental car in a nearby lock up- arranged by the hotel for a small additional charge. Overall, I would give the service and comfort 10 out of 10.

The road noise early in the morning- but this is not the fault of the hotel- just location related.

Tout, ce lieux est magique! Un vrai bonbon, depuis l’accueil jusqu’au départ! Magnifique demeure, rénovée avec goût, en respectant le cachet de la bâtisse, et art du détail. Les œuvres (sculptures et peintures) exposées sont belles. Le personnel a été au petit soin avec nous, Francisca de l’accueil nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter la ville.

Beautiful Victorian style guesthouse Excellent staff Great breakfast

A few kms away from Cerro Alegre and Cerro Concepcion. An uber is needed to get into town since walking is considered unsafe
