"It was about as bad as you could possibly get. It started off with a roach on the bed and they refused to give me a refu"

Staff was nice, offered amenities like waters and toothpaste, room was clean

Just seemed a bit ran down, hallways to rooms were dim, our bathroom had a patched wall where someone had either punched it or ran into it.
