Villa Inn

Room was large, clean. Bed comfortable, had a nice soft chair with a ottoman, good place to stay

I do not recommend this hotel and jt is my recommendation that the option is removed from the hotel.com website. The sheets were dirty with stains, dust and mold everywhere. The door looked like someone had previously kicked it in. The coffee creamer was out of date. Thankfully we packed cleaning wipes.

Room was clean and well appointed. One of the light sockets didnt work and affected the floor lamp. Other than that, it was fine.

Burn holes in sheets and blankets.. old needs updated

Comfy room, well tended, not stingy with towels, plenty of room, clean and quiet.

Nice get away Villa. Some changes due to covid, check with hotel before traveling for all changes. Nice location for food and shopping.

Cleanliness of the room was OK but the toilet did not quit running all night long and was annoying

Very disappointing! Hotels.com had advertised free breakfast, their street sign advertised free breakfast, but they said they weren't doing it because of covid -- but they never took down their advertising!! And refused to give any reduction in price! Hotels.com (.CON!) charges high commission and promises you can redeem rewards ANYTIME, but that means "except when you want to." They said they didn't have any rewards nights that night when I wanted to redeem!! So both hotel and hotels.com get a minus rating, not even 1 star. Don't stay here and don't waste your time trying to save up your worthless rewards.

The rooms were filthy, there were cigarette holes in the bedding. Bed frames were broken, furniture in room was warped. Horrible conditions all the way around.

Hotel was not as described on describtion. Pool was not accessible and wasn’t ready for the season. No info was given upon checkin about breakfast or any amenities. Staff was very rude. Hotel looked and felt creepy. Staff was not helpful or caring when we decided to go home instead of staying. No refund was given. Would not recommend this place.
