Very nice view (lake and garden), lot of rooms and spaces. We really liked the style, too. There is an elevator, which we needed for the baggage and old parents. Little strange to operate. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom.

One bathroom may not be enough for a big family. Key to pick up at another location - it is a detour but easy process. Bedding was not included, so we took our own. It would be easier to include in the price.

Very spacious, good location. Felt safe and nice and quiet. Beautiful views. Nice hot shower, comfortable bed. There are plenty of kitchen facilities to cook.

The only thing that let it down was the smell of smoke from the flat underneath. It was a shame as it was giving us a headache.

A really unusual apartment., Lots and lots of room to spread out in, incredible views, quiet and with cool air coming through which meant air-conditioning wasn't needed. Really helpful friendly owners who live on site. Comfortable beds, and a great shower. Excellent location, an easy 2min drive to Baveno, and a 10 minute walk to Feriolo, which has a small supermarket and lovely beach.

If we'd been staying for a little longer I think we may have wanted slightly better and newer cooking facilities, but things were fine for what we needed for 3 nights. The wifi went down a couple of times, but when it was working it was fine.
