I reserved the 4 bdrm townhouse on Bienville in Mid-City for a 5 day visit with family. The unit was close to all we expected. We had a bit of a time figuring out how to get the channels we required on the TV's but was able to speak with the developments manager to figure it out. All-in-all, the accommodations, location and service was great. Just a few notes; there are plenty of stairs (may be worth noting if there's anyone in your party with mobility challenges). There's a bedroom as soon as you come into the unit from the garage or front door but no bathroom facilities on the bottom level. There's no instructions or directions left by management about operations of anything within the unit (you must figure it out or call the numbers provided). Shower head in the master bath has only 8 holes and the water pressure is a tad low... may not be a major issue but worth noting. The first floor bedroom does have some noise from the street and wind through the doors but may become normal after a couple days stay. The ice machine in this unit didn't work nor were there any ice trays. Management if very responsive which is truly a plus.
